Deze originele Oost-Duitse militaire VM-overjas is een authentiek uniformuitrusting uit de Koude Oorlog. Deze overjas met dubbele rij knopen, uitgegeven in de voormalige Duitse Democratische Republiek (DDR), werd gedragen door VM-personeel (Volkspolizei/paramilitair) en weerspiegelt de kenmerkende militaire stijl van die periode.

De overjas is gemaakt in een klassieke donkerblauwe kleur en heeft een traditionele voorkant met dubbele rij knopen, metalen knopen, gestructureerde schouders en een lange snit die is ontworpen om warmte en bescherming te bieden bij koud weer. De zware buitenstof en het formele militaire maatwerk maken hem geschikt voor paradegebruik, dienstkleding of ceremoniële gelegenheden.

Omdat het een origineel militair overschot is, is de jas gebruikt en kan hij lichte tekenen van eerder gebruik vertonen, zoals lichte slijtage die overeenkomt met de leeftijd. De algehele staat blijft goed en volledig functioneel. Geen moderne reproducties - dit is een origineel uitgegeven kledingstuk.
